Koshari - National Dish of Egypt Koshari or Kushari is basically national dish of Egypt. In every occasions this dish is made in every Egyptian house. It is served with rice, macaroni, lentils, boiled beans blend with some special Middle-Eastern spices topped with tomato sauce and fried onions. According to history, there was street vendors called "Koshari man", who used to sell this from their cart van, around Egypt. Ramprasad Vita Mandir - Halisahar Ramprasad Vita is situated in Halisahar, North 24 Pargana. River Ganga flows through this mid town. This place is morely famous for home of Sadhak Ramprasad Sen, who was devotee by mother Kali. Mother Kali gave dream to Ramprasad Sen for establishing the idol of her. He started to worshiping the Idol. Later one day he dive in Ganga with the mother idol after worshiping it and he didn't come back. After that incident, that place is famous as "Ramprasad Ghat" and his birthplace is known as "Ramprasad Vita Mandir". Many stories are available to listen to their locals as, there is tree, name as " Panchabati " tree. Umbareo - Lost Recipe of Parsi Community "Umbreo"or"Umbareo" itself a Parsi cuisine invented by local farmers. In the early 90's century, a group of around 30 Parsi family has come India through Western  Coastal Area. They started living near coastal areas situated in Gujarat and Maharashtra state. Their migration from Greater Iran to Gujarat has been created many struggle in their daily lifestyle. After that for surviving, they started harvesting their own vegetables etc. Along with that, they even do started hunting animals and with all those harvesting vegetables and animal, they used to survive. In Parsi cuisine there are lots of use of sea fish, dry fruits, animal like Mutton and Chicken flesh etc.  They invented " Umbreo " or " Umbareo " as food for their surviving. Roser Golla Rosogolla Rosogolla is one of favorite sweet of all over India. It is made with an Indian cottage cheese mixing with semolina dough, after that making small balls and put these on hot bubbling sugar syrup until they are floating. The people from West Bengal use to take this particular sweet  to their relatives houses or any occupational purpose.... This sweet is also very famous in Odisha also. There it has been served as " bhog " to Laxmi Mata at Jagannath Temple, Puri.....  In the year 1868, Nobin Chandra Das introduced the new sweet to people. he made it with " chhena " Indian cottage cheese mixing with semolina dough, then making small balls of this and put this on hot bubbling sugar syrup until they are floating in Sutanuti (Present Day Baghbazar), West Bengal.
