Winter is coming
Winter,
fifth season of all among seasons.. In this season where you started enjoying
this.. Also you should take care of yourself and loved ones... the
beautiful season with dryness also welcomes so more diseases like cold, cough
and many more.. To get prevent you should follow tricks like -
- Carry
sweater or scarf with yourself.. to get prevent from unnecessary pollution
and cold as well.
- Carry
bottle of water.. keep yourself always hydrated by drinking plenty of
water...
as Winter is dry season, our bodies dehydrated so easily, keeping hydrated
is only key to get away of many issues in body... There is lots of option
like coconut water, seasonal fruits juice (available in your local
market), foods like curd, cucumber, beetroots, carrots, rice ( yes, it
also contains lots of good amount of hydration and essential nutrients and
mineral which should be included in diet).
- Spend
money on useful products... In present days where there are lots of
products are available around us with different variants...
choose your product wisely and invest money on those, you are comfortable
with... your skin is habituated since childhood...
- Eat
healthy and homemade food.... There is no comparison with homemade
food... As Its not only contains nutrients, it contains loves, care from
our family members.... And eating healthy is not unknown to people
now a days: where lots of diet options are available in the internet...But
also with all those segments of different lifestyle... choose what is best
for you... suits your body... Eat seasonal fruits and
vegetables available in your local market... Avoid consuming lots of
animal protein during this time... as it may bad effects on your
body... Eat grains like broken wheat, Ragi, Jawar etc any grains
available in your area... Also Eat good fat like Ghee, Coconut oil, Olive
oil, Homemade peanut Butter....
- Keep
yourself Active.... In Winter... we generally less sweat than
usual and wearing sweaters and all winters season's stuffs.... our skin
does not get contact with air... and also for our so we faces with lots of
stomach issues, indigestion etc.... To get away from all this.. keep
yourself active throughout the day.. like, walk 30 min maximum in
morning... or in office where you are busy with your schedule, meetings...
do stretch or walk between of works... It also keeps your mind fresh.
- Keep aware of having unnecessary diseases..... To get prevent from this.... keep yourself clean on your hidden parts of bodies... and also, during this season people get lots of skin issues... like Dryness, unnecessary redness and irritation, flaky skin... keep them hydrated with moisturizer suits you, organic aloe vera gel, coconut oil, almond oil etc.... more serious issues consult to your doctor....
This
season is ideal for many things.. like short tour with family, picnic time with
family or dinner out / lunch out with families and loved one.... Take care
yourself as well as old aged people living your family as they faces many
issues in this season.... Enjoy this season carefully... stay safe and healthy.
